Cheervid offers personalized, AI-generated video messages as digital products. Due to the nature of our service, we handle refunds as described below. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
2. Automatic Refunds (Generation Failures)
If we are unable to create your video after attempting generation (for example, due to technical failures or AI service issues), we will automatically refund your payment in full. You will receive an email notification when this occurs. No action is required from you.
3. Refund Requests (Before Delivery)
If you request a refund before your video has been generated or delivered, we will evaluate your request and typically issue a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
4. After Delivery
Once your video has been successfully generated and the share link has been made available to you, refunds are generally not offered. Digital products are considered delivered at the time the link is created. This is standard practice for digital content because the product cannot be "returned" once accessed.
5. Exceptions
We may make exceptions in cases of:
- Duplicate charges for the same order
- Clear errors in the video content that make it unusable (e.g., completely wrong recipient name, corrupted file)
- Other circumstances we determine warrant a refund in good faith

Our free preview tier does not involve payment. No refund applies to free content.
7. Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method. Timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
