2. Description of Service

Cheervid provides personalized, AI-generated video messages for children featuring characters such as Santa Claus, the Tooth Fairy, and Merwyn the Wizard. You choose a character, occasion, and personalization details; we create a custom video for you. Our service includes:

• Free preview videos (watermarked, 15 seconds)
• Standard and Premium paid video tiers
• Shareable links to watch videos
• Optional gift delivery via email or SMS

3. Account and Eligibility

You may use Cheervid with or without an account. To create an account, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Videos are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You must not use the service to create content that is harmful, misleading, or for commercial resale without our permission.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you agree to pay the price shown at checkout. Prices are in USD (or your local currency as displayed). Payment is processed by our payment provider (Paddle). By completing a purchase, you confirm that the information you provide (e.g., child's name, occasion) is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.

5. Digital Delivery

Videos are delivered via a shareable link. Once your video is generated, you can share the link with others. We do not guarantee specific delivery times; generation typically takes a few minutes but may vary. You are responsible for keeping your share link private if you do not wish others to view the video.

6. Intellectual Property

Our characters, branding, and platform are owned by Cheervid. When you purchase a video, you receive a non-exclusive license to view, share, and download (where applicable) that video for personal use. You may not modify, resell, or use the video for commercial purposes without our written consent.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Create content that is defamatory, abusive, or harmful to minors
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit our systems
• Resell or redistribute videos commercially without permission
• Use automated tools to access the service except as we explicitly allow

8. Limitation of Liability

Cheervid is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.
